- By Road: either via the A82 from Glasgow north to Inverness or A9 from Perth to Inverness and take the A86, through Dalwinnie, to Spean Bridge. There are Coach companies that pass through Spean Bridge and if you ask the driver, I am sure he will stop and drop you off at the bottom of our drive. For further information, contact City Link or National Express
- Car Hire:If you need to hire a car, van or people carrier for your travels, check out EasyDrive in Fort William. They also operate in Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Inverness.
- Stelios has been at it again, this time with cars: Easy Car Low Cost Rental
- Avis and Hertz car rental, available at all good Airports!
- From Fort William, travel north passing the brown road sign on the left indicating Aonach Mor Ski Centre, past a low white building on the left side of the road, (easily identified by the painted black cow on the side of the building), through the double bend sequence and look out on the left hand side, in a field, a big sign stating Achnabobane Farmhouse, B & B, Red Deer, Trout Fishing. If you get to Spean Bridge, you have gone too far!!
- From Spean Bridge:we are 2 miles south, on the way to Fort William. Past the Little Chef Restaruant on the left, keep a lookout for the small crossroads to Leanachan Forest (left) and Kilmonivieg (right), about 800 yards beyond that on the right is a lane in front of a big sign in the field. If you get to Torlundy, turn round, you have gone too far! Turn up that lane and keep going straight up the hill, past the house with a red telephone box on the right, until you reach a gate with our name on it! Open the gate and park up, sensibly please and come on in and say 'Hello'!
- By Train: from London Euston, through to Glasgow then onto Fort William, there is a Station in Spean Bridge. If you let us know, we can arrange transport to collect you from the Station but you will require a vehicle to explore the Highlands. Further information regarding Trains services, please see Network Rail; GNER; Scot Rail or Virgin Trains.
- By Air: This is probably the the most convenient method. Fly from any of the major airports to Inverness, Glasgow or Prestwick airports.
- If you research and plan your flights to take advantage of the various fares that Airlines offer, then hire a car at Inverness and explore the Highlands at your leisure. EasyJet offers the most competetive prices if booked in advance.
